Raise Your Vibration. A Quick an Easy Beginners guide to Raising your Vibration.

Everything in the world today is made up of energy. According to the spiritual law of energy, like energy attracts like energy. High or positive energy attracts high and low or bad energy attracts low energy. This means if you have negative vibes, you attract people with negative vibes in your life and the results are a messy and toxic life, and the vice-versa is true.

Raising your positive vibrations is all about giving and receiving energy in a balanced way. It’s about manifesting and creating a life that you love, respect and deserve. But how exactly can you achieve this?

Visualize and meditate.

Most of the time, are when we rush through the day with a scattered brain leaving us in a state of anxiety and chaos. Meditation and visualization puts you in a peaceful state of mind and also helps you attract positive energy in your life. 10 to 15 minutes of meditation a day can do a lot for your vibrations. If you're new to meditation, meditation can be as simple as taking 10-20 minutes a day to sit in a quiet place and focus on yourself for starters... During this time, focus inward on what makes you happy... the next time a negative thought shows up in your head, take the time to acknowledge it, thank it for showing up, and then dismiss it and turn it around for the positive.

Be Grateful.

Making a gratitude list shifts your vibrations from focusing on what you don't have to what is already abundant in your life. There is more to be grateful for than you could possibly imagine. Giving to someone else (without expecting anything in return) shifts your thinking from “I don’t have enough" or "Woe is me", to "I have more than enough to give to others.” Abundance is a high vibration. In the same vein, being kind (as opposed to being mean) puts you at a high vibration. Gossip or treat others badly and your vibration will suffer.

Burning herbs

Burning sage (smudging) and other herbs such as Palo Santo and bay leaves can lift your spirit. These plants are known to be natural mood boosters. Sage is also known to get rid of negative energy in life.

Find something beautiful and appreciate it. In this world, beauty surrounds us, but many are the times we walk with blinders on.

We don’t see the beauty around us as we are always in a rush to get something done. Stop with all the rush and stop for a minute and take time to stand in the sun and look around and appreciate your surroundings. Did you know the feeling of admiring and appreciating nature creates a calm spirit and brings inner peace? Take a moment and take a breath of fresh air and enjoy the environment around you.

Write.

Look for a journal and write everything you are thankful for and your future goals. Nothing brings inner satisfaction like achieving a goal you had previously put down in your journal. Having your goals written down in the journal is also a source of motivation.For example, every night when I go to bed I write down (in a little gratitude journal) 5 things I am grateful for that day. It's such a beautiful exercise.

Bath Meditation.

This works perfectly for both your body and mind. Take time to indulge and treat yourself and relax. Take a long bath while meditating and cleanse your mind attracting positive vibration. Bath meditation follows meditation but i would always recommend a bath as a place where you can unwind and enjoy the moment.

Get your motivation on!

Vibration requires movement sometimes too, the more you move the better your vibrations move. So Get Active! Get into Nature and hike or Dance! The happier you feel, the more you will draw happy experiences to yourself because you are operating at a different frequency.

Find your thing.

Everyone has something they do to help clear the mind and feel at peace. Take a nature walk, sit at the park and peacefully sip on a latte, go for a jog or do some drawing, start a herb garden, coloring in a mandala coloring book, scrapbooking, woodworking, photography and many other things. Choose a peaceful hobby that lets your mind relax. This does wonders for your vibration.

Last but not least ...

REMOVE NEGATIVE PEOPLE!

This is a big one! " The energy flows where the energy goes. Decide the energy you live in" People exchange energy. Arguments make a person feel drained.... Some people are simply toxic. Removing toxic, energy leech types of people out of your life may be difficult for some and we all know it's best.. Bad friendship? Bad relationships? Even baby- steps away from the situations draining your energy is the best thing you can do. Instead of getting pulled into negative actions, words and vibes, take this time instead to focus on yourself and those who make your life beautiful. 3 grateful pups getting treats, with their gratitude, raises my vibration on a daily basis. Animals have the purest energy and sometimes a simple happy greeting can change the energy in the room around.
